Tape Size Error for Brother PT-2430 PC with P-touch editor 5.0 Mac
I have recently installed a Brother PT-2430 PC and p-touch editor 5.0 on
my mac running OS X 10.8.2. I know that this printer is not designed for
use on a mac but I have to make it work. I have the printer and the editor
successfully installed but when I print I get the following error: The
tape cassette installed in the machine does not match the type selected in
the application. I have confirmed that I have selected the tape size
inserted into the printer (12mm). If anyone knows how to fix this issue it
would be much appreciated. Thanks!
